The Zynx Charter · Draft 2 · October 17, 2026
Unity Without Uniformity
An open, voluntary framework to help people and nations understand conflict, examine evidence, resolve disputes peacefully and cooperate while keeping their differences.
Draft for reviewThe Charter is not yet open for endorsement. An international consultation is being prepared.
What the Charter asks, and what it never asks
Taking part is always voluntary, and no Zynx body holds coercive power.
It asks everyone who takes it up to
- Respect every person's dignity and fundamental rights.
- Treat different cultures, faiths, languages and calendars as legitimate.
- Equip people to question claims and reach their own conclusions.
- Build on shared evidence, and label what is proven, proposed or metaphor.
- Settle disputes by peaceful means, without coercion.
- Take part only by choice, piece by piece.
- Keep every claim open to testing and correction, including the Charter's own.
It never asks anyone to
- Give up their identity, faith, language, calendar or sovereignty.
- Treat disagreement as a defect.
- Let AI decide borders, sovereignty or anyone's rights.
- Set aside international law or existing peace institutions.
- Support any party, candidate, campaign, religion or state.
- Forget or forgive as the price of reconciliation.
Four papers, one loop
The Charter works through four papers. Each one either understands or builds, in institutions or in meaning, and each is practiced on its own site.
Red Paper
See the divide
What is really driving this conflict?
Practiced at zynxlogic.com
Black Paper
Find common ground
What can every side check, and how will we decide?
Practiced at zynxsecs.org
White Paper
Teach the method
How does everyone learn these skills?
Practiced at zynx.online
Blue Paper
Renew together
What keeps cooperation alive across generations?
Practiced at leap-gras.com
The papers run as one four-year loop, the Leap-Cycle. Cycle I begins on Leap Day, February 29, 2028. How the loop works
Take up as much as you choose
A nation can endorse the Core without observing Leap Day, and a school can pilot the Synthesis Process without endorsing anything else.
Universal Core
The commitments that make up the Charter
The Purpose, the seven Principles, the safeguards and the Declaration. Endorsing these commitments is endorsing the Charter.
Optional modules
Methods and tools to try on their own
The Synthesis Process, Door C, AI-assisted reasoning, the Leap-Cycle and Epoch Reports, Leap Day festivals, τ and ASCII Physics teaching, and the Zynx platform tools. Each can be piloted, adapted or declined.
Many roots
Many civilizations built their own ways of living with difference. No tradition endorses Zynx; these texts show the idea is old and widely held.
和而不同“The gentleman is in accord but not the same.”
“Neither of us will try to steer each other’s vessel.”
“South Africa belongs to all who live in it, united in our diversity.”
“Hatred is never appeased by hatred in this world.”

Where things stand
Every part of the Charter is labeled by status, so you can tell what exists today from what is planned.
